I can't say enough good things about the people running this place. They are so helpful and nice. Prices are very fair and the work is top notch. They have the biggest selection in the Nanaimo area and if they don't have it they will bend over backwards to get it as quickly as possible. I have gone to a few of the other suppliers in town and nothing compared to firestar. Thank you again for your top notch service and products.

We've researched a few Nanaimo countertop suppliers before remoding our old kitchen and finally decided to go with Infinite. There are 4 key factors for the decision making: the business owner is honest, the price is very competetive, there are many varities to choose from with different budgets and the delivery within our tight timeline. It turns out this is one of the most rewarding investment we ever made. They delivered the countertop in time as promised and the quality of the their service is amazing: professional, friendly and efficient. We will recommen Infinite Granite without hesitation.
Did our research and looked into several companies and decided on Infinite Granite based on good reviews and their ability to deliver. Reviews were all accurate as Infinite really delivered! Others were 5-6 weeks out whereas Infinite got it done in less than 3 (1 week faster than initially estimated!). Mei and her crew were super responsive with great communication and information. Installation took less than 1 hour and was done very well. Prices are very competitive and selection very good - with ability to go and see actual large slabs. Overall great experience and great value - very happy with the results! Would definitely recommend Infinite for anyone looking to do stone countertops.
Mei and her husband were very professional and helped us work through a number of timing issues with our new addition and complete kitchen renovation. Her installation crew (Ty and John) were friendly, professional, meticulous and very careful with the installation process. They followed all COVID-19 protocols and were fast and efficient in their work. I have nothing but praise for Mei and her team! Highly recommended!
Mei, and her team are the go to countertop installers In the mid island district. The finish product is unbelievable. Can’t wait to use them again for future projects.
